Packages shipped from our US warehouse are handled via USPS or UPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We are also pleased to provide free shipping across the United States. However, there are certain locations we are currently unable to ship to. If your shipping address happens to be in one of those areas, our support team will contact you directly.

What about customs?

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that you may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in your country.

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order ships. Please note that in some instances, depending on the shipping method or destination, detailed tracking may not be available.

My tracking says “No information available at the moment”

For some shipping carriers, it takes 1 – 3 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. Additionally, for logistical reasons, items from the same order may occasionally be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
